One of the most unexpected moments from our recent stay in Paris was meeting this friendly housekeeping robot in the apartment hotel!
As we hurried back to our room after realising we'd forgotten something, the little robot politely greeted us with a cheerful "Bonjour" and even reminded us to be careful as we passed by. It was surprisingly charming and felt like a glimpse into the future.
Technology is becoming part of our everyday experiences in ways we never imagined. If this is what hospitality looks like going forward, I think we're going to be seeing a lot more helpful robots around hotels, airports, and public spaces.
